Full 100% prepayment is required before the order is shipped.

Custom-made orders

For jewelry made according to individual requirements:

50% deposit — before production begins.
50% final payment — after the jewelry has been completed and before the order is shipped.

Orders are shipped via Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta, depending on the recipient's preference.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the current rates of the selected carrier and are paid by the recipient.

Items in stock are dispatched within 1 business day after full payment has been received.
Custom-made orders are dispatched within 1 business day after production has been completed and the final payment has been received.
