Orders are shipped via Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta, depending on the recipient's preference.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the current rates of the selected carrier and are paid by the recipient.

Items in stock are dispatched within 1 business day after full payment has been received.

Custom-made orders are dispatched within 1 business day after production has been completed and the final payment has been received.

For jewelry made according to individual requirements:

50% deposit - before production begins.
50% final payment - after the jewelry has been completed and before the order is shipped.

30-Day Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of VikaMaster craftsmanship. If you discover a manufacturing defect within 30 days of receiving your jewelry, please contact us. After reviewing the issue, we will offer a repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution.

The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, mechanical damage, damage caused by improper care, or failure to follow the recommended care instructions.

Made Especially for You

Jewelry created according to individual measurements, designs, or other personalized customer requirements is made especially for you. Such items cannot be returned or exchanged.

However, you can contact us if you discover a manufacturing defect or if the item does not match the specifications agreed upon when placing the order.

For ready-to-ship items, returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with applicable Ukrainian consumer protection legislation.

Useful tips

Do not allow water or other liquids to get on the product. Do not spray perfume or toilet water on yourself when you have already put on the jewelry.

As soon as you take off  the jewelry, wipe all available metal materials with a dry flannel cloth to remove moisture, cosmetics, and sweat.

Storage of jewelry - in tightly closed boxes, avoiding constant lighting (natural or artificial).

Careful attitude. Try not to use sharp objects near the jewelry.

Please use the accessory carefully and according to its intended purpose, and you will enjoy it for a long time!

If the jewelry contains silver components, they should then be cleaned like regular silver.
